BRCM: Broadcom Announces Conference Call to Review Q4 and Fiscal Year 2006 Financial Results

Broadcom Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM), a global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, will conduct a conference call with analysts and investors following the release of its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006 financial results on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at 1:45 p.m. Pacific Time; 4:45 p.m. Eastern Time. On September 8, 2006 and July 14, 2006 Broadcom provided preliminary reports regarding its voluntary review of equity award practices, commenced in May 2006. As previously announced, the company will be restating its financial statements for the first quarter of 2006 and prior periods as a result of the equity award review.
