HP today extended its previously announced tender offer for all of the common stock of Mercury Interactive Corporation until midnight, New York City time, on October 13, 2006.The tender offer was previously set to expire at midnight, New York City time, on September 28, 2006.
As of midnight, New York City time, on September 28, 2006, approximately 71.8 million shares had been tendered in and not withdrawn from the offer.
