HP today announced that it has waived all conditions to the completion of its previously announced tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Mercury Interactive Corporation other than the minimum condition that Mercury stockholders tender and not withdraw at least a majority of the outstanding Mercury shares. As previously announced, the tender offer currently is set to expire at midnight, New York City time, on November 1, 2006.
