Invitrogen Corporation (Nasdaq: IVGN) announced today that it will report financial results for its fourth quarter and full year 2006 results on Tuesday, February 13, 2007, after the markets close and will hold a conference call on the same day at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Invitrogen has regularly reported pro forma results that exclude merger related amortization and business integration costs to provide a supplemental comparison of results of operations.
